This event was organized to deliberate and brainstorm on the legal principles and accounting treatment of share capital among professionals (Accountants, Tax Consultants, Lawyers, Corporate Secretarial Practitioners and Auditors).

The meeting focused on two areas –

• The nature of shares and stated capital
• Administrative compliance and treatment of shares and capital.

The meeting also gave attendees the opportunity to raise questions and share experiences on Capital Maintenance, Dividend payment and capitalization issues, and Resolutions for sharer capital transactions.
