Firstcode Management Services joined forces with Ghana Carton Manufacturing Boxes to train the staff and workers for greater productivity.

The Management of GCBM took training on team building to foster better collaboration and communication among themselves. Team building helps to improve job satisfaction and motivation while reducing stress and misunderstandings. It also helps to create a culture of respect for diversity and helps workers understand how their individual contributions can contribute to achieving the company’s goals.
